HygroMatik FlexLine FLE Humidifier

The mechanical operation of the HygroMatik FlexLine FLE Humidifier 03-100 series is specifically designed to provide the following features.

- Steam generation using tap water

- Direct conversion of electrical power into heat

FlexLine FLE Installation and Application

The steam humidifier has the steam manifold installed as close as possible. So for optimum performance, the condensation hoses should be kept short. And you can also bolt them tightly to the floor. It also requires the installation of a closed room. In particular

Not suitable for outdoor installation. This is because electronic components and water-bearing parts may be damaged. The suitable ambient temperature should be +5 to +40 °C (+41 to +104 °F). Otherwise the unit will freeze to protect its electronics and this will cause damage.

Preferably, you should mount the HygroMatik FlexLine FLE Humidifier in a stable location and a solid wall must be capable of supporting it. If you do not have such a wall, you can attach the unit to a stand bracket

Electrode Cylinder and sensor

When replacing the steam cylinder, new cylinders called CY45/2 can be included in the old units. You can also replace the electrodes with a modification of the steam cylinder. However, the new electrodes only fit new steam cylinders. The Hygromatic sensor electrode monitors the maximum water capacity of the cylinder. For example, when the water level reaches the sensor electrode, the water supply is cut off.
