- Product Delivery: Once your return request has been approved, send the product back as instructed. Keep the shipping tracking number to make sure we receive it.
- Evaluation: The returned product will be examined by us and evaluated whether it complies with the return conditions.
- Reimbursement
- Return Confirmation: Once your return request is approved, the refund process is initiated. When the product meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed as soon as possible.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be made via the payment method you used at the time of purchase. For example, for payments made by credit card, the refund will be made to the same card.
