Construction of Hotel and Spa Baths

During the Construction of Hotel and Spa Baths <span style="font-size: revert; font-family: var(--wd-text-font); font-style: var(-wd-text-font-style); font-weight: var(-wd-text-font-weight); great emphasis is placed on technical details in order to keep the culture of the traditional Turkish bath alive and to meet the expectations of modern guests. In this process, high-quality natural marbles, high-quality insulation materials and water-resistant structural elements are used to make the bath long-lasting and functional.

1. Small Scale Hotel and Spa Baths (100-200 m²)
2. Medium-Sized Hotel and Spa Baths (200-500 m²)
3. Large Scale Hotel and Spa Baths (500 m² and Over)

Planning and Design Process:

  • Alan and Capacity Determination: The size and capacity of the bath are determined primarily. Small-scale hotel baths, usually between 100-200 m², medium-sized baths can be 200-500 m², large-scale baths can be 500 m² and more.
  • Department Planning: The bathroom's dressing room, temperature room, steam room, sauna, halvet (special area) and massage rooms should be designed. Each section is conveniently located to perform a specific function.
  • Airing and Lighting: Proper ventilation systems are planned in the bath that provide moisture or vapor balance. In addition, effective lighting systems are designed to create an atmospheric environment.

Structural Construction Stages:

  • Basic and Infrastructure Studies: The floor of the bath should be made resistant to evaporation of water and accumulation of moisture. In addition, materials that are resistant to high humidity and temperature conditions should be used.  At this stage, infrastructure floors for underfloor heating and water installations should be made.
  • Water Insulation: Waterproofing is one of the basic building elements of the bath. Insulation is made with water resistant materials from the floor to the walls. In addition, special drainage systems are installed to prevent water from escaping the walls.
  • Heating System: Underfloor heating and heaters used to provide hot water are installed. At the same time, thermal heating systems should be preferred to ensure efficient heating in an environment with high temperatures.
  • Wall and Floor Coatings: The walls and floors of the bath are covered with natural stones such as moisture and heat resistant mermermer, /strongstronggranit. These materials offer an aesthetic appearance and are long-lasting.

Decoration and Lighting:

  • Lighting: Soothing lighting in warm tones should be preferred. At the same time, the atmosphere is created with LED lights, wall sconces and focused spotlights.
  • Furniture and Accessories: Modern and traditional elements can provide a stylish decoration in hotel and spa baths. You can use natural stones, ceramics, lighting elements and special furniture.
