Article 2: Subject of the Contract

This Agreement sets out the terms for the purchase and delivery of products or services offered to the Buyer from the e-commerce site operated by WDTeknoloji Spa Wellness İnş.San.Ltd.şti (website: www.barrsell.com).

Article 3: Product or Service Information

Article 4: Order and Payment

The buyer completes the order for the product or service from the Barrsell Industry e-commerce site and will carry out the confirmation of the order with the form of payment provided.

  1. When the order is confirmed, the Seller will email the Buyer the details of the order and confirmation of payment.
  2. Payment shall be made by the payment method chosen by the Buyer and the Seller shall process the order upon completion of payment. 

Article 5: Warranty and Liability

  1. The Seller declares that the goods conform to the stated specifications.
  2. Information on the warranty period and terms and conditions can be found on the product packaging or in the user manual.

Article 6: Dispute Resolution

  1. The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to the settlement of disputes that may arise out of this Agreement.
  2. Izmir Courts and Execution Offices are authorized to resolve disputes.

Article 7: Enforcement

  1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon the Buyer's confirmation of the order and completion of the payment process.
  2. The contract is valid until the completion of the order.
