Sauna Applications: Technical Information

Sauna applications offer a popular solution in both individual and commercial areas by combining health and comfort. First of all, we design it right, we choose quality materials. And then we install it professionally. At the same time, we meet expectations by combining aesthetics and functionality. With the technical methods we use and the right steps we follow, we create long-lasting and efficient sauna systems.

Technical Stages of Sauna Applications

  1. Planning and Design:
    • Area Identification: We take measurements of the area that can be used for sauna installation. We also check the suitability of the area for ventilation, electricity and water installation in detail.
    • Capacity Calculation: We determine a capacity appropriate to the number of users and the size of the space.
    • Design Options: We determine the design that suits your needs among the options such as traditional sauna, infrared sauna or steam-assisted sauna.
  2. Material Selection:
    • Wood Type: Heat-resistant and low-resin wood species (e.g. cedar, spruce or hemlock) should generally be used for sauna interior surfaces.
    • Insulation Materials: High-quality insulation materials should be preferred for the sauna walls and ceiling to prevent heat loss.
    • Floor Covering Non-slip and water-resistant materials should be selected.
  3. Electricity and Heating System Installation:
    • Sauna Heater A sauna heater suitable for the size of the area should be selected. Choose between electric, wood or gas models.
    • Lighting: Water and heat resistant LED lighting should be used inside the sauna. Color therapy lights enrich the user experience.
    • Security Systems: We integrate safety measures such as overheating protection, automatic shutdown and timers.
  4. Ventilation and Humidity Management:
    • Inlet and outlet ventilation holes should be created to ensure proper air circulation in the sauna.
    • The comfort level inside the sauna should be optimized by installing a suitable system for humidity control.
  5. Assembly and Construction Process:
    • Wall and Ceiling Panels: Wood panels should be installed on top of insulation materials.
    • Door and Window Installation: Sauna doors are usually made of tempered glass and are designed to prevent heat loss.
    • Placement of Accessories: Seating benches, head restraints and sauna stones are installed.
