Bio Sauna Applications
Bio sauna applications: Technical Details, Construction Process and Advantages
1- Temperature and Humidity Levels: Temperature: 45°C to 60°C, lower than traditional saunas.
2-Humidity: 50% to 65%, similarly higher than in a steam bath.
3- Heating System: Electric or gas heaters. Humidity and temperature balance thanks to special stones that retain heat and water tank.
4- Aromatherapy Integration: Aromatic oils as well as plant extracts provide a refreshing atmosphere. At the same time, special aroma chambers ensure that the scents are evenly distributed.
5- Material and Structure: Doğal Ahşap: Durable wood species such as spruce, alder or cedar should be preferred.
6-Glass Panels: Tempered glass doors and also windows should be used for a modern look.
7-Insulation Material: Special insulation panels for heat and moisture sealing.
Design and Planning:
- Sauna sizes should be determined according to the number of users (usually 2-6 people).
- We choose a suitable site for the construction of a bio sauna (indoor or garden).
- The necessary equipment for temperature, humidity and aroma systems should be planned.
Floor and Frame Preparation:
- Water resistant material or drainage system should be installed on the ground.
- The sauna frame should be built with durable wood and insulating material.
Wall and Insulation Construction:
- High-quality wood veneer should be used for the panels inside the sauna.
- Special materials should be added behind the walls to ensure heat and moisture insulation.
Heater and Humidity System Installation:
- Electric heaters or gas systems are installed.
- Vapor chambers or water containers are added to provide moisture.
Aromatherapy and Lighting Systems:
- Reservoirs for aromatic oils should be installed.
- LED lighting and light systems for color therapy should be installed.
