HygroMatik StandardLine SLH Humidifier<\/h2>\n

The action mode of the HygroMatik StandardLine SLH Humidifier series works on the immersion heater principle. The heating elements have temperatures ranging up to six, depending on the outlet temperature. For example, the diagram below shows the heating element and other main components of the SLH09 steam generator. The cylinders are filled with tap water. The mineral content of the water can thus be adjusted to the desired level by demineralization or water softening processes. In addition, heat is transferred to the cylinder water by the heating elements at a temperature of about 100 \u00b0C and converted into water vapor. This steam has a temperature of about 100 \u00b0C and very little pressure (unpressurized steam). As a result, the vapor is virtually mineral-free and germ-free.<\/p>\n

In particular, cylinders that are completely filled with demineralized water will have mineral-free water. This guarantees a long service life of the cylinders and heating elements, because hardly any hardener accumulates. This minimizes inspection and maintenance costs. When operated with tap water, minerals dissolved in the water are likely to settle as solids in the cylinder. But most solids are removed by a cyclic filter and pump.<\/p>\n

Here's How the HygroMatik StandardLine SLH Humidifier Steam Humidifier Works<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Turn on the steam humidifier<\/a> by pressing the button on the control panel and turning it to the \u201cI\u201d position. When the humidity level exceeds the threshold, the hygrostat activates the solenoid valve to supply water to the water vapor cylinder. The filling level in the cylinder can also be monitored by the controller. Hoses with communication tubes in a plastic cylinder connected to the steam cylinder contain a sensor for continuous proportional water level measurement. The cylinder blows the water down periodically. Water blowdown is provided by a continuously operating blowdown pump. In case of pump failure, the HygroMatik steam humidifier shuts down. With normal water quality, the blowdown loss is between 7 and 15% of the amount of steam produced. Depending on the water quality, the full steam cylinder blowdown should be run every 3 to 8 days.<\/p>\n
