        Article 2: Subject of the Contract<\/strong><\/p>

        This Agreement sets out the terms for the purchase and delivery of products or services offered to the Buyer from the e-commerce site operated by WDTeknoloji Spa Wellness \u0130n\u015f.San.Ltd.\u015fti (website: www.barrsell.com).<\/p>

        Article 3: Product or Service Information<\/strong><\/p>

        1. Product\/Service Name: All industrial mechanical machines and spare parts<\/li>
        2. Sales Price: including vat<\/li>
        3. Product\/Service Description:<\/li>
        4. Delivery Address: Vatan Mah.Filiz Cad.No:13\/E Karaba\u011flar \u0130zmir<\/li>
        5. Payment Method: Credit Card, Bank Transfer<\/li><\/ol>

          Article 4: Order and Payment<\/strong><\/p>

          The buyer completes the order for the product or service from the Barrsell Industry e-commerce site and will carry out the confirmation of the order with the form of payment provided.<\/p>

          1. When the order is confirmed, the Seller will email the Buyer the details of the order and confirmation of payment.<\/li>
          2. Payment shall be made by the payment method chosen by the Buyer and the Seller shall process the order upon completion of payment.\u00a0<\/li><\/ol>

            Article 5: Warranty and Liability<\/strong><\/p>

            1. The Seller declares that the goods conform to the stated specifications.<\/li>
            2. Information on the warranty period and terms and conditions can be found on the product packaging or in the user manual.<\/li><\/ol>

              Article 6: Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/p>

              1. The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to the settlement of disputes that may arise out of this Agreement.<\/li>
              2. Izmir Courts and Execution Offices are authorized to resolve disputes.<\/li><\/ol>

                Article 7: Enforcement<\/strong><\/p>

                1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon the Buyer's confirmation of the order and completion of the payment process.<\/li>
